I can't say enough positive things about David and his team at Metro Construction and Remodeling. I got at least five estimates from contractors for a primary bathroom renovation and no one seemed to have the same organization and reasonable pricing that Metro presented in their estimate.
I had a lot of anxiety about my renovation, from how to get started to what to pick out. David helped me break the process down into manageable steps and identified which things to prioritize during each step. He is extremely responsive, patient and helpful with both answering questions and offering guidance.
David and crew did a fantastic job on two bathrooms for us. They followed our vision precisely and were thoughtful and detailed with their work. David communicated with us throughout the process and was attentive to any questions or concerns we had. They redid all tile, added wainscoting and moldings, wallpapered, painted, installed all new fixtures in both bathrooms. Two complete overhauls, that turned out lovely. It took about an extra week than estimated, but worth the results.
