I was a long time personal and corporate tax client that had to find someone else. I had to file an extension every year no matter what (at an extra cost, of course). I was never able to get anyone to call me back when I left messages about ETA months after paying them. Receptionist was rude to me when I questioned her about the lack of communication, then service got worse. I wouldn't recommend anyone use them.
Was recommended to them by a friend and was so impressed with their work and professionalism. They were so informative on what needed to be done, made everything clear and concise, answered all of my questions with patience and were great to work with. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, when I needed good, clear advice to make tax related decisions, the communications were exceptionally poor and frankly bad, leaving us in a situation where we made a massive over payment on estimated taxes based on the firm's advice. And of course we were charged for this bad advice. We were also not informed that our taxes would not be prepared on time until I asked for a status and advised to pay even more in estimated taxes to ensure we wouldn't be fined. We are not waiting for a substantial refund from the government. Better advice would have kept that money in our pockets.
