adding a bedroom and bath off the back of the house felt like a huge undertaking but MB made it less scary. design meetings were actually productive, not just sales pitches. once they started building, the same lead carpenter was here every day which i appreciated. answered my questions without making me feel dumb. finishes inside match the rest of the house better than i thought possible. real solid outfit to work with

Selling and moving wasn't really on the table given what prices look like right now, so we started looking into adding on instead. they added a full room addition off the back of our house, like 400 sq ft give or take. its a family room now with big windows on two walls and it gets a ton of natural light throughout the day. the roof line matches the existing house perfectly you cant tell where the old structure ends and the new part starts. heating and cooling are tied into our existing system so no seperate units or anything. turned out really well for the space we had to work with.
