Big addition off the rear of a small house, and no real idea what we were doing. That was the starting position. What we needed was somebody to carry the lot, including the parts we didn't know existed, and that's what happened. The permit, the survey, the engineering, the inspections, all of it was theirs. I signed things and answered questions. When the village came back wanting a change to the roof line they dealt with it and told me afterwards how the schedule shifted. Nothing got hidden from us. started with MB looking to add a bedroom and ended up doing a bigger addition than we first planned. the early conversations were what sold me, they laid everything out clear and didnt make me feel dumb asking basic questions. after we signed off on the design they gave us a rough timeline and checked in regular as things moved along. framing, drywall, all of it happened in a decent order and i always knew what stage we were at. the room came out looking exactly how we hoped. good crew to deal with through the whole build

we did a big room addition off the rear of the house with MB and it turned out great. the whole process was a lot smoother than i braced myself for. they sat down with us early and mapped out what could actually fit given our lot and the budget, no overselling. once things got rolling the framing went up fast and you could see the shape of the new room coming together. the finish work is what really got me though, the trim and the way everything meets up is clean. they were good about keeping us in the loop when little decisions came up like where outlets should go and stuff like that. any time i had a question someone actually got back to me instead of leaving me hanging… read full review
