We recently purchased a new intercom for our condo building, and Alex came out to install it. From the start, his communication was great and he arrived exactly on time. The job immediately turned out to be more challenging than expected: the supplier had shipped the wrong parts, and our building's old wiring was a total mystery. Where other contractors would have walked away and told us to fix the issues before rescheduling, Alex remained incredibly patient, friendly, and solution-oriented. He worked with me to figure out the wiring and found a workaround for the wrong parts so we could finish the installation that day.

Alex is the man!! Great communication, on time, 100% knew what he was doing, and helped us with several issues that we didn’t exactly know about. Repair, don’t replace, with Alex and his company Maxx security. He’s a trustworthy polish gent. We will call him back for any issues in the future. He’s in the pic fixing our intercom system. I know he doesn’t have a lot of reviews but I do, and trust me he’s the man!
Alex and Adam are incredible. They saved our association thousands of dollars by repairing our door and fitting it with proper closer, and Alex came back for a challenging door handle installation. So professional and incredible at what they do!
