I recently had a flood in my house and several of my rugs I thought were complete ruined. I emailed pictures to get their opinion and they told me they could not guarantee that all of the color run and furniture stains would come out. I looked at the video online and saw that the process was far Superior from other companies videos after getting the rugs back two of the three rugs came out perfect and the third one improved by over 90%. They even re-cleaned the last rug for me at no charge to see if they could improve it. I met Matt Klujian at his place of business when I dropped off my silk carpet for restoration. After talking with him and touring his facility, I decided to try his area rug cleaning service. My rugs are high quality, and I care that they look their best. Matt's team came to my house, moved my furniture and took the rug for cleaning. All went well. The rug was delivered back to me looking great. You would never know that I have cats! I felt confident hosting Christmas morning with gifts and kids everywhere on that carpet! The rug was beautiful, and clean as new. I will have Klujian work their magic on my other rugs, too!Service: Area rug cleaning
