Mario the barber

Talented barber but severely lacks professionalism and common courtesy. Got a great haircut from him a few months back and my first request for another appointment wasn’t answered to but figuring life happens I tried again a few weeks later and my request was confirmed. Being a few blocks away from the shop I got a email from Booksy stating the appointment has been canceled 10 minutes before it was supposed to start. Didn’t even bother to text/call to apologize or give a heads up showing no regard for wasting my time which is beyond unacceptable. I see other reviews below me with a similar experience so assuming this is a common trend with him.

Highly recommend Barber. Everyone don't sleep on this talented force of nature

never did anything wrong to him posted him all the time on Instagram called him he went MIA for a week, emailed him to see if he was okay- he never emailed me back, and when I called to make 2 cancellation appointments the messages were not given to him and I was told they would be. I would drive 2 hours to come to him and brag about the cuts he gave, but being rude to nice people is unacceptable I don't care how good of a barber you are. Never tell your customers you lost money because they didn't show up and they can take a 2 hour drive with out an appointment and if they luck up and are able to get a cut then they can get a cut. I wish him nothing but the best.
