Very approachable yoga studio for all kinds of bodies. Lots of options for people recovering from injuries or with mobility challenges. I went for in-person classes (during Covid, and masks were required), but they also offer remote and recorded classes online. Their space is welcoming and comfortable. I found the classes helpful for easing into more flexibility and activity while recovering from a herniated disc, when I was unable to handle more intensive yoga.

What a wonderful and welcoming studio! I did the RX class with Jane and it was phenomenal. I have a number of physical injuries and this class was perfect for me. Her instructions were excellent and I felt very safe the whole time. I felt so good by the end of class that I didn't want to get up :)

I've got a yoga package and so am filling in my workouts with a weekly yoga but have issues with my right hip. Took a basic yoga with Elizabeth and today I feel renewed. THANK YOU GANESHA.
