We have used Majestic Paws for dog walking for just over 3 years. We specifically wanted to work with a service, so that there would be back up options in case a specific walker had to cancel. When we first started we lived in the Loop, and we continued working with them after moving to River North.
We have been very pleased with the care they have provided our senior dog. The walks have been consistent and timely. In the rare occasions when our usual walker was not available (vacation, illness, etc.), they have always provided a back-up walker. The communications with the service have always been clear and timely. Scheduling via the app is very easy.
I had a great experience with majestic paws! Shoutout to Elliot who did a fantastic job with my very difficult and high maintenance Pomeranian who has scared away many previous walkers from other companies! MP has a great digital system for coordinating and their prices were much better than competitors!
Majestic Paws has cat sit for my two cats a couple times. I have had the same care giver each time, he is fantastic. Sends lots of photos and makes sure my cats are safe, searching them out when they are hiding. I trust them to care for them while I’m on vacation.
