I have been going to magic star for three years! I have never not loved my nails! It is hands down the best place for all manicure/pedicure needs, but especially for designs. Mimi always kills it with my nails but I've gone to a lot of different employees there and they have always done fantastic work.

EDIT: Mimi was amazing and very accommodating after my review. She texted me individually to check in about the incident and refunded me. She also personally did my nails the next time. Mimi is wonderful and truly cares about quality service.
I usually like this place but the nail tech mixed a chemical wrong and literally burned my skin… I have blisters on my fingers and she didn’t even redo the hand she burned or offer to cover the cost. This is the only tech that has cut me while going here too (multiple times). I have never written a google review but this was unacceptable. I love this place and have been coming here for a couple years now. My no-chip always lasts 3-4 weeks and they are always friendly and welcoming even when they’re busy. This week one of my nails chipped which never happens, and something weird happened with the coloring on a couple other nails. Truly a random occurrence…I’ve never seen anything like it- the color like, faded? But only on certain parts on 3 of my nails? Anyway, they fixed it happily at no cost! They are the best.
