Services I got were strip Lashes, had my own and the tech was great, my lashes looked perfect, didn’t do so well with brow wax, and I didn’t get her name; but I would back for lash service and that’s it. After, I had a $55 medi/pedi David was had no experience and no understanding/English at all. Everything looked okay when he was done but I had problems communicating with him. I know many may think nails/toes/eyes/hair removal and then using those tools unable to communicate is a serious thing. Us women’s searching out these type services need to be more selective when choosing. Wish I had read the reviews before I went.
Usually when I come here it is fine but this time it was a terrible experience . First of all the nail technician broke off my toe nail being too rough while taking off my no chip polish, and then they’re yelling across the establishment all while there is construction going on (loud drilling and hammering) It was definitely not the most relaxing . Won’t be coming back for a while . And nobody knows what a gel overlay is?? I had to talk to over four people and still could not get what I want
Stylist: Vicky is the person who does my lashes and They last for three weeks and it’s the strip she makes them look so natural she is very polite. Her Customer Service is excellent
