I have been coming to this salon for many many years..its convenient and I try to support the businesses in my neighborhood. However, this past year, my services have not been so great. I make appointments each time and on the day of my appointment Im on time but yet Im waiting for over an hour for someone to start on my hair. What's the point of accepting my appointment for 9am if yall not going to start until 11. My last visit the owner had to do my microbraids which I thought was a good thing but here it is 2 weeks later and I've had 4 of my braids come out....read full review
I’ve been coming to Lys since high school 1999. I have never had a bad experience, they are great braiders. Yolanda the owner is wonderful she makes sure her clients are taken care of. I will never go to a different place to get my hair braided. Love the shop
