Absolutely love ♥️ my New glasses 👓 they are mostly for driving, and I was also struggling to see clearly in the evenings or in low lighted areas. Just wanted to give a shout out to 👀 Lunettes Optical 👓 who took great care of me. Kaitlyn was so helpful getting me in so quickly. I also really appreciated the doctor listening to my vision concerns and letting me understand my options, the staff was friendly, and I received my glasses so quickly! Please take my money!I am extremely pleased with Lunettes Family Eyecare and Optical Boutique. I have been to a lot of optometrist on the southside of Chicago and all I found was extremely poor or outright awful service! Then I found Lunettes! When you go into Lunettes you are greeted by Leeanne. Leeanne is so awesome! From the time I started going to Lunettes, Leeanne was just full of smiles and years of experience. To date the service that she provides is impeccable. She knows everything about her job and she knows how to get what she wants so she can provide the customer with exactly what they want. We have been to two other eye "doctors" in the last three years with much disappointment. So glad to have tried Lunettes this year! We were nervous to try a small neighborhood eye doctor for fear the selection of glasses would be limited and appointments would be hard to come by. Called at the beginning of the year and we were able to make appointments for my husband and son for the time and day we were hoping. They were quick and efficient during the visit. They had a great selection of glasses for my son to choose from. They also came in quickly. We had to stop by twice for adjustments and they couldn't have been nicer!
