She made sure to remind us to bring in the current products my daughter is using to analyze them. She offered an honest and knowledgeable critique. She talked my daughter through the entire facial process and was so comforting and positive. Her demeanor is very much maternal and sage. I felt very confident with my daughter in her care. She offered us products to try without being a pushy sales person. In addition the salon space is very clean and they respect mask and social distancing protocols. We left feeling hopeful and are very much looking forward to future and regular visits to improve my daughters complexion!

Lucy is amazing! She is so knowledgeable about laser hair and all of her services. She's incredibly accommodating and thoughtful - she really wants the best for all of her clients. She makes me feel very comfortable every time I'm in her spa for laser hair removal. Cannot recommend her and her spa enough!
