Joe was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire construction process, checking in frequently and quickly addressing any issues. Additionally, Lugbill Designs goes above and beyond on supporting their clients, even accommodating a very tight timeline.

Elegance you’re not afraid to live in! Erica and her team are fantastic for projects big and small (kitchen reno, living room reno, and bedroom furniture selection, for our new place). They don’t impose a style but help you articulate your own, while making smart suggestions and streamlining the whole process.

Erica and her team are outstanding to work with. I've engaged her services both personally and professionally. I first met Erica when she was helping some of my real estate clients with a complicated rehab for their new condo as part of the House Hunters Renovation show. I was impressed with how well she listened to the clients and was able to source more affordable products to achieve a certain look and feel. I subsequently hired her for my own house renovation/addition both to help select finishes, solve some challenging space issues and oversee the contractors to make sure they were doing things properly. My wife and loved how well she understood our needs and made the process both easy and enjoyable. She and her team were very attentive, always got back to us within a day, helping to keep the project on schedule and on budget. I really appreciate her great taste, her respect of the history of a property and understanding of the best ways to maximize livability. I've since recommended her group to nearly a dozen clients who always have extremely positive things to say. She's truly a bargain for her cost when considering how well she works with contractors, discount vendors and improves the overall functionality and value of a home.
