Bryan went above and beyond in helping me resolve my problem. I had an unusual situation where I needed to quickly set up a new account and arrange for overflowing trash to be removed from my new business. The first representative I spoke with told me service wasn’t possible, but Bryan stepped in with a strong sense of ownership and found a solution. Even though I wasn’t his account, he helped get everything set up, arranged for a truck, and connected me with manager Anica, who was also incredibly kind and helpful. I truly appreciate the effort and customer care they both provided as it makes me want to continue being a loyal customer.

About once a year I use Lakeshore recycling systems and every time I get great customer service. When I called on Tuesday I spoke with Jessica who took all my information and was very professional. This morning when I had the container dropped off Damian went above and beyond to make sure that my container was in the right place it was easy to access. I just want to say thank you to both of them.

I used them for my home in Riverwoods, which I'm in the process of moving out of. From start to stop, the entire process has been seamless! I set up by phone, with a live, sweet lady. They bill quarterly to my credit card- And bins were delivered as promised! Cancellation was just as easy- Katie Linares helped me process and could not fave been more delightful!!! Pricing was fair, customer service was top notch, and my bins were emptied even when snowmageddon wreaked havoc! Thank you for exemplary service all around!!
