About once a year I use Lakeshore recycling systems and every time I get great customer service. When I called on Tuesday I spoke with Jessica who took all my information and was very professional. This morning when I had the container dropped off Damian went above and beyond to make sure that my container was in the right place it was easy to access. I just want to say thank you to both of them.

I used them for my home in Riverwoods, which I'm in the process of moving out of. From start to stop, the entire process has been seamless! I set up by phone, with a live, sweet lady. They bill quarterly to my credit card- And bins were delivered as promised! Cancellation was just as easy- Katie Linares helped me process and could not fave been more delightful!!! Pricing was fair, customer service was top notch, and my bins were emptied even when snowmageddon wreaked havoc! Thank you for exemplary service all around!!

I just spoke to Raul one of the customer service reps for RSI and not only did he help me with looking for a dumpster rental but he gave me the better alternative of bringing the materials to RSI and working it that way. I had tried looking for that option earlier while looking for dump sites but to no avail. So I switched to looking for cheap dumpster till Raul came to save the day. Thanks for not being a d-bag customer service rep like some of the dumpster people I've spoken too!
