I own a townhome in the south loop area that is managed by Lofty and I have to say, they really did a fantastic job! They met me early on in the process and walked through the townhome with me to point out all the areas that needed some attention.Their maintenance staff was on site within a day or two to fix those issues and they did a great job. Additionally this was during a recent cold front in Chicago where many of their other properties had issues due to the cold and they still managed to work in time to address these fixes.They helped me price, clean and stage the place and took some fantastic photos.Mike (who I worked with) and the owner Anthony were super responsive...read full review

Anthony and the team at Lofty were great to work with for both property management and listing and selling my property - they were transparent, easy to reach, and diligent. Highly recommend them.
