appointment was delayed, but once I was seen, Sima was efficient and I was out in about 15 minutes. The lash extension removal itself was a bit uncomfortable, the process stung and caused some burning. Overall, the service was quick, but I wish the removal had been a little gentler.
I have been a loyal client of Lash Design for quite some time and have always had positive experiences, which is why today’s appointment was so disappointing.
Due to unexpected traffic, I was running about 15 minutes late, but I texted ahead to let the salon know. When I arrived, I was ready to proceed immediately. Unfortunately, my lash artist, Uma, was extremely short and dismissive from the moment I sat down. Rather than approaching the situation with professionalism or understanding, I felt like I was being punished for being late despite providing notice.
