Having 5 cats, the staff here probably know me, my wife, and our cats by name...we come so often. We have been bringing our pets to North Avenue Medical for about 6 years, and highly recommend this vet, and their staff and veterinarians. Esther is our favorite, but we have (obviously) seen every vet here, and they are all wonderful. We even had to have one of our cats put down awhile back, and the care they have, as well as little things during this process, made that difficult time a little bit easier I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new vet in the city - decent parking, clean facility, nice staff, and wonderful vets!!

I've been taking my 2 dogs to North Avenue for about 7 years, and I love them. The staff is always professional and pleasant. My 2 dogs need different accommodations for safe body handling, and the whole team is always great at following my directions to keep everyone comfortable and safe during stressful procedures. Dr. Cherrick is always a joy to talk to, and I really appreciate how she explains everything and answers my questions with comprehensive detail. It is clear that she has a lot of respect for informed consent for all treatment, and she is always willing to take more time to discuss alternative possibilities.

We love the friendly staff who greet our boys like old family. They are professional and don't propose treatment for issues when they are not needed. I trust their integrity. Aside: they don't think I'm loopy for talking to my cats like people. Or worse yet, in baby talk. They are my babies. They didn't shame my big ginger about his carrier shrinking.
