Was having an issue with a lock and called Laredo Lock for help. Before coming to fix it, they had me send a video of the issue. Sergio called after watching the video and gave me instructions on how I could fix it and of course it worked. Saved me from spending $$ on a repair visit, incredible service!

Laredo helped me get back into my house after I locked myself out without a phone, wallet, or keys! (They checked my ID to confirm I lived there once I got in.) I was very grateful to their team for their professionalism and quick assistance during a very stressful morning.
