Just had a 120 min crazy deep tissue with Nida and it was seriously life changing! I workout a solid amount and recently put my body through the ringer. I have had countless deep tissue massages, but Nida made me 100% brand new again. I feel completely refreshed and ready to get back to working out.
Lang Ocean Spa Thai Bodywork never misses. The spa is super clean and the staff are incredibly kind and detailed. Highly recommend this place and Nida for marathon runners, weight lifters, and all athletes looking to recover. I will be a long term customer, thank you!!!

Nida was the absolute best! She regularly checked in with me to make sure I was okay with the pressure/comfortable and truly went to work on the areas I needed extra attention. Would come back for Nida alone - the experience never felt rushed and was 100% perfect.

This place is AMAZING! Booked the 3 hour couples massage that included a feet treatment, back facial, regular facial, and Thai massage and it was worth every penny. My masseuse was twisting me every which direction and was using her body weight to massage me like I love.
