Kat is a master at her craft—she’s thorough, intuitive, and knows exactly how to relieve every muscle and tendon. My 3 month old started care with Dr. Kat and saw a noticeable difference in his tension within 3 visits. Dr. Kat truly understands the body and how it communicates. I could tell my son was very tense however I was not able to translate what he was going through to be able to help him release and experience rest. Dr Kat was incredibly patient with my son as he screamed about how uncomfortable and tight his little body was. She was calm and stayed with him in his distress while working to gently move the tension through. Dr. Kat is incredible! I saw her during my second pregnancy and postpartum to help deal with some very painful hip and back pain, and she saved me! She is not only very knowledgeable, and extremely intuitive (she always knew where my pain points were without me even telling her) but she’s kind, understanding, extremely passionate about helping moms, and is very dedicated to her patients. On one particular occasion when I was in excruciating pain after L&D, she went out of her way to see me on a day and time she doesn’t usually work, and fixed me.
