My partner and I toured and met with several hotels, restaurants and event centers in downtown Chicago, and the choice was simple to select the Kimpton for our wedding this year. The location, the on-site amenities/facilities, the food, and most importantly the service was top-notch! Mariah is everything and more than we could have ever hoped for in an on-site event coordinator. She was professional, responsive, friendly and went above and beyond to make this day special for us.

There was extensive back & forth, and we had just come in from a long drive so we were understandably tired & wishing they would have been a bit more prepared to be helpful or troubleshoot along with us. Ultimately, the valet went...read full review
