Not much good to say. Very nice man, but certainly did me no good with what was a straightforward contractual dispute that very likely could have been negotiated to the satisfaction of both parties. Instead, the push was to (very expensively) litigate and pursue a legal argument that, while interesting, had nothing directly to do with the dispute itself. This escapade served to run up the bill in an effort to prove the argument, which was quickly dismissed by the hearing officer.
