The worst customer service. The sales people are very unfriendly, unapproachable and they avoid you knowing that you need help. Everyone just seems so unhappy and it shows. This place thrives on not pricing anything, so when you get to check out you are caught off guard by the pricing.

Management is incredibly rude and disorganized. They also constantly are blocking the sidewalk on Hubbard so people that use wheelchairs or are otherwise disabled cannot use the sidewalk.

They had a terrible fungus gnat infection when we came in. Every other plant I checked, a gnat would jump in my face .More than half the houseplants looked very unhappy. I know that winter time can be difficult for plants but this was pretty disappointing.
