Pulled out about 90 percent of all of my hair beautiful thick long 4b 4c hair....I believe she relaxed it or put some kind of keratin treatment, or Brazilian treatment on it, My hair is sensitive to keratin, Brazilian treatments and protein because it'll break off, easily I told her this but she didn't listen.... My hair was coming out in chunks... I'm sad because its been about 8 months now and my hair still hasn't recovered from this. Cori is the best ever! Hands down makes beauty a simple necessity any girl can easily add to their routine. Her customer service is above the rest. She works. And anytime I have interacted with Justin and his staff its been great. Love this place!

I purchased hair at Indique and asked the sales rep Ashley if she had any recommendations for a stylist and she suggested I try Brandi. Making an appointment at Justin's was very easy, I was able to get in for a shampoo style on the date and time I requested. When you make your appointment, you receive a text to confirm your appt and about 1-2 days prior to your appt, you receive another reminder text. I also loved that when I arrived for my appointment, we started right on time. The #1 issue I have at some salons is waiting around all day because we all have busy lives and I cannot stand sitting in a salon for hours on end, especially due to overbooking. Brandi was very personable, friendly, and took the time to explain certain procedures to me. The price point of provided services are comparable to other salons. I will definitely be back so see Brandi
