I took in a set of GR Research X-LS Encore bookshelf speakers that I put together and fumbled quite a bit of the crossover soldering. Ray was nice enough to take a same day appointment and fixed them IN THE SAME DAY. Unbelievably quick turnaround.
If you have any reservations about the appointment process, don't. These people know their stuff and are more than economical when it comes to pricing. A+ work. If I ever have any audio/video that needs repair, Just Service is my spot for life.

About 5-6 years ago, I discovered Just Service, located in Chicago, Illinois, after reading one of their eBay postings. I needed a Toshiba DVD Recorder model D-R430 to replace the worn out Toshiba DVD Recorder model D-R410 I owned at that time. My contact at Just Service took really great care of me. I sent an email with a question regarding a problem I am having with my subwoofer. Ray called me shortly thereafter and we walked through the issue I was having and quickly found that the issue was at the source and not with the equipment, saving me the time and cost of bringing it in for service. He was very generous with his time and when I do have a real issue in the future I will definitely be returning here.
