About Jenny's Nail Salon
Jenny's Nail Salon is a popular choice in Chicago, known for its friendly staff and variety of nail services. Customers consistently praise the quality of work, noting the long-lasting results of their manicures. The salon offers a wide range of colors, including specialty options, and is commended for its fair pricing. Many customers appreciate the reasonable prices, especially for services like the mani pedi, which includes relaxing features such as massage chairs and hot towels. While past experiences were overwhelmingly positive, some recent reviews have expressed disappointment with the quality of service. Customers have reported issues like rushed appointments and nail damage, particularly with the clear coat affecting color longevity. Despite these concerns, Jenny's Nail Salon remains a well-regarded establishment in the city. Many customers continue to recommend it for its friendly atmosphere, skilled technicians, and impressive designs that mimic inspiration pictures. The salon is considered a great find for those seeking quality service close to home.
I always have a great experience at this nail shop! Jenny does an amazing job on my nails. She pays attention to detail and makes sure my nails look perfect every time. The other ladies are also wonderful with pedicures, leaving my feet feeling refreshed and looking great. The salon is clean, welcoming, and professional.
Highly recommend! I have been seeing Jenny at Jenny’s Nails for nearly 8 years on a regular basis. She is always courteous, attentive, and up for creating a fun and interesting design. Her staff are very kind and always make sure everyone feels comfortable.
… disappointed in the quality of service, especially for the price I paid. Got a full set done at $75 + tip. Fast forward to getting filling I was charged $70 + tip. Just got the filling done last Tuesday 4/8 and yesterday the nail literally came off. Went in got it fixed, now I just noticed another is like literally unsticking… like $70 for filling only??? and it’s falling off. Not even like it’s broken.
I really enjoy supporting locals and the neighborhood businesses, but not like this.
