I started working with Jen and her wonderful team during the pandemic. I live on the west coast and at the beginning of the project was worried how they were going to be able to design my kitchen, joining family room and living room remotely from Chicago having only visited my space once. But they did and then some! We had finalized a kitchen layout and then the team came back to me and proposed a new design that traded a large kitchen island for a large table in the middle of the kitchen. We are enjoying our furnished home thanks to Jen and her team. This was our first time decorating a home and she helped us find our unique style and encouraged us to be bold in certain areas while also honoring our practical needs with young children. Each room has its own personality, and I was able to see Jen’s artistic vision come to life as we selected furniture and paint colors and played out different floor plans. She was always able to answer my questions and help me understand her reasoning behind each decision she made. Jen is AMAZING to work with! She stands out for several reasons. She follows through (which is rare with many professionals). She is friendly, but to the point. Jen has great taste and is very knowledgeable. She is "hands on" and will usher your project through its various stages. She provided referrals and contacts when needed and also dealt well and collaborated with contractors. We already have her working on additional projects. You cannot go wrong!
