We have used a large pest control company for years and have realized that they weren't helping with our mice issue. Quincy from Intense came out and spent nearly two hours with me going over what our prior pest control company did, helped find entry points and plug them, explained how Intense set bait traps, and how they would stop them from following their usual trails through our place. His confidence in his work and knowledge made me feel more at ease, and not just by placating me so I would keep up a contract. This was just the first visit but I am very impressed.

The technicians explained everything to me every step of the way. Very polite and professional. I even told them that I felt filthy for having bedbugs and was told you don't have to feel that way because you can pick them up from anywhere CTA or even Uber or Lyft. If I ever have this kind of issue again and I hope I don't but if do know who to call!

Intense Pest Company came out within a few hours of my initial call. Kayvon, was a pleasure to work with and he answered all my questions and concerns even though my moms house is very old he was convinced they could solve the problem.
