Just like the review from Rishi below, it was my unit that had the fire in the building. Jordan showed up at my condo the morning after the fire and helped calm me down and told me everything would be ok. Part of this had to do with the fact I just remodeled my bathroom and kitchen that spring, and now the floors and walls had to be gutted because of the smoke and water damage. He walked me through my condo and told me what they would be doing and how they would do it. He explained how most contractors would just re-paint the walls (to save money) instead of tearing the walls down to replace the insulation - since the smoke smell penetrates all the way in there). Jordan and I Gotta Guy Services have been one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. We had water damage in our condo, and he was there to help us out, starting with 10pm on a Sunday night, when the damage occurred, through 5 weeks later, when we signed off on all the paperwork confirming all work was complete. Jordan was professional in providing his estimates of time and cost. He not only finished his work on time, in spite of a tight deadline, but also provided status updates on a timely fashion. He was very responsive to our texts - day or night. We recommend Jordan for all future jobs - big and small - he will delight you.
I Gotta Guy Services was recommended to us by our building management company after another contractor ruined pretty much everything he touched in our newly purchased condo. The main concern was that our bathroom plumbing (both shower and sink) sprung leaks days apart from each other, causing major flooding into two units below us, also ruining many things in our unit that we had just updated.
