This electrical service company has extremely poor customer service. I DO NOT recommend proceeding with them. They're technician cancelled the appointment and no accommodation was made in the service fee charge for a rescheduled appointment. Their company was able to inconvenience me so I was without air conditioning and did not believe any accommodation should be made.
I made several appointments to have estimates done, they gave me appointments and cancelled, never showed up, never called, one guy called said he was tied at 7:30 PM. Terrible customer service.
