I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews my appointment went just fine. Staff were nice, I was seen a few minutes late but that’s not unexpected in my experience, and my appointment went well. I came in and left in a pretty timely manner if I do say so myself. I am very relieved to have been tested for the things I was to relieve my anxiety and I set another appointment right away so I don’t have to worry about that either. I’m only putting 4 stars because this is my first appointment and it wasn’t supper eventful as well as the my chat pre check in not working properly.

I had a great experience at Howard Brown Health on 63rd! The staff were kind, respectful, and made me feel really comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everything was clean and well-organized, and I appreciated how thorough and attentive the provider was during my appointment. They took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing and explained everything clearly. I also love that they offer inclusive, judgment-free care — it really shows. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for compassionate and professional healthcare on the South Side!

Came in today for an appointment I set online, receptionist informed me that my insurance was expired, and instructed me what I needed to do to be seen, I followed those instructions and saw a nurse, saw my doctor, and got my medicine and was out in less then a hour and a half. I would definitely recommend this place.
