Once we had made the decision to secure his services, he kept us updated throughout the process. He patiently helped me diagnose the issue over the phone and walked me through a simple fix that saved me a ton of money and the hassle of having someone come out to my condo. I cannot say enough good things about Jim at HWHR!! Jim was able to provide a same day competitive quote for both a hot water heater repair (I knew what needed to be fixed) and full replacement. I ended up opting for replacement due to the age of my prior unit. Jim was able to come the next day with the new unit, install it, and haul away the old unit. He was highly professional, courteous, and transparent throughout the whole process. He took the time to thoroughly address all of my questions and explained what he was doing as he was working.
