These people are the worst. I should have fired them when they washed my best white towels with something red. I found the new pink towels heaped in a corner of the laundry room - like I wouldn't notice? When I confronted their manager days later she denied the mishap and even suggested I did it myself...wow. It got worse after that and they no longer work for me.
