Ana is amazing and does a great job of listening and understanding sources of discomfort and tightness. I've gone a few times and will continue to go regularly. Her appointments are limited so it's best to plan ahead .

I've been going to Ana for years. She has a strong hand for those like me that need that deep tissue massage to get relieve all that stress. I also take my elderly parents there for soft lymphatic massages.

O.M.L. Where do I begin!?... Well, I used to go to Cortiva in the loop for my deep tissue massages, years ago. Before Covid, I was looking to hopefully return, but learned the masseuses I liked were no longer there :-(. So that killed those plans. Then Covid hit and everything hit the fan. As things started to turn around I started looking for places closer to home. Starting here @Yelp then other engines. I came across Holistic via Google Maps, which had reviews attached. I loved that it is local spot, nice and quaint and virtually 5 to 10 minutes door to door. After going on-line to see services rendered and cost, everything was good.
