Ann is the real deal, a true healer. My lower back issues resolved under her care. My entire body is generally in better balance and alignment and my own awareness of how to carry myself has improved. Additionally, and perhaps most impressive, is that her hypnotherapy is the method that finally cured me of the addiction to nicotine. After smoking for many years and trying many times to kick the habit, Ann is the one who finally helped me achieve this deep healing. My gratitude is eternal. I refer people to her often and everyone is similarly smitten.

Ann has been such a wonderful help to me over the years. I first went to see her for Craniosacral Therapy when I was having intense jaw pain that was impeding my ability to talk or chew food. Within a few sessions, my pain and symptoms subsided! She's since supported me with Ortho-Bionomy and Energy Balancing as well. Her approach is always so gentle and thoughtful. I've found her expertise to be such high quality and I refer people to see her all time. If you're thinking about booking a session with her, do it! I must share my positive experience of healing with Ann Hoeffel and her practice, The Sun Center. I first came to Ann unable to walk due to multiple problems in my feet. Ann correctly predicted what x-rays and an MRI would later show. Within just six 45-minute sessions of bodywork with Ann, I was pain-free and walking in the new manner she taught me. Later, I was able to apply principles Ann taught me to heal a different serious condition. Now, I'm working with Ann to bring my knee and leg into alignment. Ann has the experience, the training, and a genuine intuitive gift for healing. The process feels wonderful! The experience is and results are amazing.
