Should be 5 stars squared. Heard & Associates was exactly what the Dr. ordered. My business and our personal returns were behind 2 going on 3 years because of a previous accounting relationship. I reach out to Heard & Associates, they said no problem, we will take care of you. Indeed they did. Our taxes for the business was complex, but Mr. Heard was focused on delivering a good experience and a better result. The returns were not completed in a day or two, I won't lie...but again understand our returns were complicated.
