I usually get my hair cut with Norris. He was on vacation. The receptionist said she will make sure I get an excellent service. That did not happen. The hairstylist had multiple customers at the same time. He intermittently cut my hair. My hair is not equal length, and volume is different from left to right. There are shorter area everywhere. I asked him to cut my inside shorter so that it is easier to keep my hair inward. My hair lengths are longer inside with short and uneven length outside.

I got a perm and haircut and the results were way better than I expected from my usual Asian thick hair. They even have free hair washing before and after haircuts. Would definitely recommend!

I've been seeing norris for years, and my hair has ranged from back-length to crew cut. he's a consummate pro and does a great job for super affordable prices in chicago.
