I'm not a contractor, and I only went here on an errand for my spouse. Despite me knowing very little about what I needed, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I got exactly what we needed at a fair price, and the folks even helped me load it into my little car. Highly recommend over big box stores.

That is pretty interesting to read people's feelings on line nowadays. Contractor. Builder. Customer and much more to name the few. Deal with zillion stores throughout the Illinois and nationally, internationally. Customers- please get over yourself - stop whining like kids. Don't get too smart when you order or try to be the expert in it. Go to big box store and ask for some assistance: how long you have to wait? What answer you will get? Ohh- I ahve to find it our for you- asking others or looking for online... walk the miles and still being confused where you going & what you need there. If you don't like it don't shop there.
