I have been going to Diane for a little over 20 years for haircuts. She just gets better and better. The people who own the salon are Very kind and friendly. Lily does wonderful manicures, as well.
I love this salon. After I moved back to Chicago I struggled for nearly 6 years trying to find a stylist who'd actually listen to what I said. Everyone who works here is warm and friendly while also being totally professional. You will feel welcome. The only disadvantages are that the shop is so full of natural light from all the windows that you may want to close your eyes when you look in the mirrors. Oh, and the wind on a bad day at the corner of Belmont and Sheridan can rip your hairstyle right out of shape if you don't cover it up.
