Absolutely phenomenal service! I was visiting from out of town for a graduation and really wanted to get my hair cut while I was in Chicago. I had long hair—down to my mid-back—and was ready for a big change.
I initially went to another salon but was met with an odd energy that didn’t leave me feeling confident about moving forward with them.
Then I walked into this salon and immediately felt welcomed. The owner greeted me warmly—even while finishing up with another client—and took a moment to chat with me and collaborate on my vision. I needed to have my extensions removed and wanted to cut about 8 or 9 inches off.

We went to stylist Chan, he cut my 3 sons hair. He did amazing. My boys have 3 different curl patterns and it’s extremely hard to cut. Definitely worth it. 10/10 The best haircut they ever had. He has been cutting their hair for years now and they will only go exclusively to Chan. Highly recommend Chan!
I love getting my hair done by Molly!! She is very communicative and makes sure she really understands what I want before we dive in and I've never been unhappy with the result. She's also hilarious so it's always a fun time.
