We have been using Groomies for almost 2 years now and they take wonderful care of our pup, Bogey. He has seen multiple groomers (we never specify) and he always looks great when he's done. We were on a waiting list for a while to get in, but now that we are repeat clients, it is very easy to book (usually via text, 2-4 weeks out depending on time of year), and they book by time slot so your pet isn't hanging around in a cage all day waiting for their turn. Ashley is AMAZING. We were so nervous sending our 7-month-old Bernedoodle pup to his first real haircut. I totally helicopter-mom’d it - I came in with a full list of notes for what I wanted Duke’s cut to look like. Ashley and the Groomies team NAILED IT! They left him long and made him look so fresh and clean! I cannot tell you how many people have stopped us on the street to tell us how cute & fluffy he looks. Some have even said, “wow, that dog has a great haircut!” In addition to his great cut, Groomies is so easy to communicate with - they text with updates throughout your dog’s appointment, and are so easy to schedule with. Groomies always does a fantastic job at tackling the fur explosion of my very energetic husky (Atlas). Ashley is patient with Atlas and is really good at reading body language for signs of stress or overstimulation and ensures he has a positive experience each appointment. Thank you Groomies!
