I did the hydro lifting facial and Kathy was amazing! She made sure everything was ok during the process and used the perfect amount of pressure. My face was so smooth and clean after and all my blackheads were gone.

Did the 60 min massage, cupping, and full body scrub. Grace is SO knowledgeable I learned so much about cupping and how different muscle groups impact each other (we were trying to diagnose my lower back and calf pain) and did such a great job. Left feeling more prepared to take care of my body in between sessions. Will be back.

Hit up Great Lakes Spa in West Town for a 60-min deep tissue massage—ran me about $83. The therapist really worked out the knots in my shoulders; felt like a new person afterward. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly. Only downside? Had to wait 10 mins past my appointment time. Still, solid spot for some self-care.
