I called a bunch of places and got estimates for a broken sewer pipe in my basement. Everyone wanted to tear up the concrete floor to repair what I thought was wrong. I called Grayson and Jeremy said the pipes don't run under the floor where everyone else wanted to tear up. Then he explained and showed me where the pipes went and then he found where the sewer pipe was broke, at the other end of the house. Jeremy and a couple guys dug up in my front yard and fixed the problem in two days. No torn up concrete and the price was right. Who would you hire, someone who thinks they know what they're doing or someone who does?
Jeremy has the best communication of any service contractor I've worked with. I called one day and he was out that day, then started work the next. I was out of town and he kept me thoroughly updated daily. He made a typically unpleasant experience a pleasure.
