Grace has done an amazing job increasing my range of motion and decreasing pain for my rotator cuff injury. I started to feel so much better after my second session. This was after I'd already done 7 weeks of physical therapy. I really believe working with her has kept me from needing surgery. Grace does a thorough job of evaluating and addressing all areas of stress or pain in my body. I would recommend you work with her before having any type of orthopedic surgery. She's also a great yoga instructor!
