Joe, Caleb, Pat and all of the instructors are welcoming, helpful, modest and inclusive. Your peer students are also helpful. I'm always learning something new with each class. My initial plan was to just learn the fundamentals but I'm planning on staying long-term for the value of the instructions, repeating good habits and sparring/rolling with peers. The gym also has plenty of space so it never feels crowded especially compared to other gyms. Amazing place, thanks Joe and team!

This is a fantastic gym with a true mix of martial arts. The program is well-designed to optimize your training time, featuring a sequence of classes that include grappling, striking, conditioning, and self-defense. Sparring is optional, light, and technical. Coaches truly focus on training safely. If you want to get exposed to MMA, BJJ, JKD, Muay Thai, Boxing, Self Defense, and more, this is the place.

Immediately I signed up for 2 years. It is difficult, yes. You will be exhausted. You will be taken out of your comfort zone. You will work muscles that you didn't think existed but I guarantee that you will feel alive and will come back for more. When you sign up you will be given two uniform shirts and...read full review
