Had a great experience. Mr Gomez was professional and fast. Warehouse guys were nice. Loaded me up. Even gave me a red flag for safety. Price was great. Except the $8 cuts. Bring your own Porta and or grinder.
This is not Ace Hardware or Lowe's. No one is going to hold your hand and or let you look around. It's a steel supply warehouse. Know what you want, get in, get out. Been in business for 115 years. They're doing something right.
There was a little confusion with the pickup process (wrong location- my fault) but the Alma Jimenez worked out the payment and created the ticket. Although they looked busy, the guys and the warehouse took time to fill the order. I’ll definitely be using them again.
I would like to say, I had a great experience ordering material for my husband here. I am not too familiar with the metal, but Jesus was great in helping me purchase the exact items my husband needed. I will be recommending Gordon to anyone who asks.
