The contractor came and stopped the knocking coming from the radiator that very disturbing for 30days. He even educated me on the radiator and why the knocking was happening. I really appreciate the help and information being a parent!

I had my central air conditioner tuned up today. It was a very pleasant experience. Christopher the technician from Going Green Home Solutions was so polite and professional. He explained everything to me in simple terms. I was truly impressed and grateful for his willingness to help me with the situation. My unit is over 20 years old. The price I paid was well worth it. Christopher was able to quickly diagnose and repair the actuator on our radiant steam heat unit. Great communication .... he had to spend a little extra time educating me about how it worked and he was super friendly and pleasant (and patient, lol).
