I reached out to Giskev (Ernesto) to schedule a post construction cleaning. We agreed on a estimated price and date. Day before the appointment he cancelled - no problem. I moved my schedule around to accomodate a new date. We were in constant contact over text. The day of new appointment (1 hr before), he says he's cancelling because his people don't show up and I don't answer - which makes no sense. I even confirmed the appointment the afternoon before. Unreliable - look elsewhere if you need cleaning and value your time.

I had them clean my 1400 sq rental house after a tenant moved out. Ernesto and his colleague provided a flat rate before the cleaning and arrived on time at a specified time. I felt comfortable leaving them alone to work, and they addressed all of my concerns. I would use them again as they were on time, remained on budget, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend their service to my fellow investors and real estate agents.

We hired Giskev Cleaning Services for almost a year now, coming every week and the service is great and at a very reasonable price. If for any reason he can't show up he lets me know via email in advance, which it only happened during really cold or rainy days in Chicago, which I appreciate him not coming during those times if my windows are going to get dirty quicker. Thanks
